Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of your unworn merchandise with tags attached within 21 days of the original date of purchase for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price paid in the original form of payment.
Purchases of all SALE merchandise, are deemed Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Any merchandise sold from the intimate category is considered a Final Sale and can not be returned.
Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return package at our returns facility.
How to Return:
Inside your package should be a “Return Form” along with 2 copies of your order receipt. Please fill out all the information correctly and mail it back to our shipping center any way you prefer. All information should be fill out, please do not leave any lines empty in order for us to process your return as fast as possible. The address to ship your return merchandise to is printed on the “Return Form”. Please enclose the “Return Form” along with the "COPY" order receipt and the returning items in a box.
If you have misplaced your return form, please call customer service at (646)368-0579 and we will assist you.
Check your e-mail. We will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed. If you have not received a credit to your account within 20 business days after you shipped it, please call our customer service team for assistance.
All shipping, handling and credit card transaction fees that we incur on orders with the wrong address and on refused orders are non-refundable. If an order ships to an address that you provided and is returned to us as undeliverable, we will charge a new shipping fee to resend the order. The original shipping fee and the return fee incurred are not refundable.
Please note that any exchange or return shipping charge is at the customer’s expense.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item following our regular return procedure (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
